Consumer Complaint Redressal Regulation definition

Consumer Complaint Redressal Regulation means the Consumers Complaint Redressal (Digital Addressable Cable TV Systems) Regulations, 2012 (13 of 2012), dated 14th May 2012, as amended from time to time;
Consumer Complaint Redressal Regulation means the Consumers Complaint Redressal (Digital Addressable Cable TV Systems) Regulations, 2012(13 of 2012), dated 14thMay2012.

Related to Consumer Complaint Redressal Regulation

  • health and safety file means a file, or other record containing the information in writing required by these Regulations "health and safety plan" means a site, activity or project specific documented plan in accordance with the client's health and safety specification;

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;

  • Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;

  • Human use means the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Financial Regulations means regulations made under section 21 of the Act;

  • Council Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) No. 2100/94 of 27th July 1994 on Community plant variety rights;
