Consumer Lending Platform definition

Consumer Lending Platform means the assets and operations of Sellers pursuant to which Sellers originate or broker Mortgage Loans, including traditional retail loan offices and a call center.
Consumer Lending Platform means any consumer loan origination software system or core processing system, its successor systems and any service package relating thereto owned or licensed by Pioneer and used in connection with the origination or servicing of the Loans. As of the date hereof, the DecisionLender 4 Application licensed from Teledata Communications, Inc., the consumer lending platform licensed from Fiserv Solutions, LLC, the Oracle Daybreak consumer loan origination software system, the software licensed by eOriginal, Inc. (“eOriginal”) in accordance with that certain Software Licensing and Hosting Services Agreement dated as of September 30, 2015 (as amended from time to time) (the “eOriginal Agreement”), and the services provided by eOriginal in accordance with the eOriginal Agreement constitute Consumer Lending Platforms.

  • Trading Platform means all programs and technology that present quotes in real-time, allow the placement/modification/deletion of orders and calculation of all mutual obligations of the Client and the Company.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Hosting Platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • Content Platform means all or any portion of a website containing written, video or photographic commentary, news or discussion on one or more particular topics (such as a blog) and that includes any Influencer Content.

  • Approved Electronic Platform has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(a).

  • Consumer fireworks means fireworks devices that are designed to produce visible effects by combustion, that are required to comply with the construction, chemical composition, and labeling regulations promulgated by the United States consumer product safety commission under 16 CFR parts 1500 and 1507, and that are listed in APA standard 87-1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.5. Consumer fireworks does not include low-impact fireworks.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Consumer Information Any personally identifiable information in any form (written electronic or otherwise) relating to a Mortgagor, including, but not limited to: a Mortgagor’s name, address, telephone number, Mortgage Loan number, Mortgage Loan payment history, delinquency status, insurance carrier or payment information, tax amount or payment information; the fact that the Mortgagor has a relationship with the Seller or Servicer or the originator of the related Mortgage Loan; and any other non-public personally identifiable information.

  • Electronic Platform means such electronic and/or telecommunications facilities as may be approved by the Board from time to time that enable members to attend and participate simultaneously in a general meeting without attending a physical meeting place;

  • Consumer customer means anyone acting outside their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.

  • Consumer loan means a loan to one or more individuals for household, fam- ily, or other personal expenditures. A consumer loan does not include a home mortgage, small business, or small farm loan. Consumer loans include the following categories of loans:

  • Consumer reporting agency means any person which, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages, in whole or in part, in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information on consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to third parties, and which uses any means or facility for the purpose of preparing or furnishing consumer reports.

  • Consumer product means a chemically formulated product used by household and institutional consumers including, but not limited to, detergents; cleaning compounds; polishes; floor finishes; cosmetics; personal care products; home, lawn, and garden products; disinfectants; sanitizers; aerosol paints; and automotive specialty products; but does not include other paint products, furniture coatings, or architectural coatings. As used in this article, the term “consumer product” shall also refer to aerosol adhesives, including aerosol adhesives used for consumer, industrial, and commercial uses.

  • Consumer advocate means the consumer advocate referred to in Iowa Code chapter 475A.

  • Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Postconsumer material means a material or finished product that has served its intended use and has been discarded for disposal or recovery, having completed its life as a consumer item. Postconsumer material is a part of the broader category of “recovered material.”

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Consumer Loans means Loans to individuals for household, family and other personal expenditures (including United States and/or State-guaranteed student loans and extensions of credit pursuant to a credit card plan or debit card plan).

  • Consumer goods or services means goods or services purchased, leased, or rented primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, including courses of instruction or training regardless of the purpose for which they are taken.

  • Financial Management Manual means the manual dated June 2009, adopted by the Project Implementing Entity for the purpose of implementing and monitoring the financial management aspects of the Project.

  • Consumer report means any written, oral or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing your eligibility for employment purposes.

  • Academies Financial Handbook means the document with that title published by the EFA and amended from time to time, on behalf of the Secretary of State.

  • Biometric identifier means a retina or iris scan, fingerprint, voiceprint, or scan of hand or face geometry.

  • Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
