Consumer Restitution Fund definition

Consumer Restitution Fund means the fund established pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Plan and the Consumer Restitution Fund Agreement.
Consumer Restitution Fund means three hundred eighty million, five hundred thousand United States Dollars ($380,500,000), any interest on or other income or gains earned while such amount is held in the Consumer Restitution Fund Account, and such additional amounts that Equifax may be required to contribute under the terms of this Agreement.
