  • The obligation of Landlord to provide electricity to the Premises shall be subject to the rules, regulations and requirements of the supplier of such electricity and of any governmental authorities regulating providers of electricity and shall be limited, except as expressly set forth in the next sentence, to providing power sufficient to meet the Electricity Consumption Threshold.

  • Landlord shall furnish electricity to the Premises sufficient to meet the Electricity Consumption Threshold.

  • In the event that an ECT Overage occurs, Tenant agrees to take immediate action to cause power consumption in the Premises to be at or below the Electricity Consumption Threshold.
