Contact Center Agent definition

Contact Center Agent means any of Your employees, consultants or independent contractors to whom You grant permission to access the Services in accordance with Company’s entitlement procedures.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.
