Contact Options definition

Contact Options means and include use of any telephone (either through human interface or AVR), fax, e-mail, short messaging service (SMS), mobile applications, online customer portal and/ or other options as made available by Lender to its Customer(s) from time to time for availing loan(s)/ services from the Lender;
Contact Options means the issued and outstanding options exercisable to purchase Contact Stock under the Contact Option Plan;
Contact Options means the issued and outstanding options exerciseable to purchase shares of Contact Stock;

Examples of Contact Options in a sentence

  • The revised Monthly Instalment shall be communicated to you through Contact Options mentioned in your loan application.

  • The revised repayment schedule shall be shared by HCIN with such customers through available Contact Options.

  • Each director and officer of Contact has agreed to deposit his or her Contact Shares (including Contact Shares acquired upon exercise of Contact Options or Contact Warrants held immediately prior to the Expiry Time, if any) under the Offer and accept the Offer subject to the terms of the Support Agreement.

  • If permitted by applicable Law and the terms of the Contact Options and Contact Warrants, subsequent to completion of the Offer or any Compulsory Acquisition or Subsequent Acquisition Transaction, if necessary, the Offeror intends to apply to delist the Contact Shares from the TSX.

  • The Offer is made only for Contact Shares and is not made for any Contact Options or Contact Warrants to acquire Contact Shares.

  • Holders of Contact Options or Contact Warrants should consult their own tax advisors for advice with respect to potential income tax consequences to them in connection with the decision to exercise or not exercise their Contact Options or Contact Warrants.

Related to Contact Options

  • Contact Hour Funds means the funds paid or payable by the Department under this Contract for the Scheduled Hours of supervised training and assessment reported for a Skills First Student. Contract means this VET Funding Contract and includes all schedules, annexures, attachments, plans and specifications and exhibits to it. Contract Notification means a document issued by the Department via the SVTS that either provides specific information or advice about aspects of this Contract or formally notifies the Training Provider of a variation to this Contract. Control means, with regard to an entity:

  • Contact Persons means persons identified by the Parties as persons who are responsible for the execution of the Agreement and whose names are set out in clause 35 below and who can be substituted in writing from time to time;

  • Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.

  • Contact Details means sufficient details including but not limited to a name, surname, telephone number – business or private, e-mail address, postal and residential addresses that will enable a Municipality or organ of state to contact a person for purposes of executing their functions in terms of the Act or this By-law and in so far as it relates to an organ of state, the details of a contact person within the employ of the organ of state;

  • contact information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;

  • Customer Contact means the individual(s), whether a contract manager, category consultant or otherwise, who are to act for the Customer as the day to day point of contact for communications from the Contractor to the Customer in relation to the Contract, being the individual(s) identified in Section 2 of the Contract Schedule or otherwise notified to the Contractor from time to time;

  • Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.

  • Contact Person means the Contractor's management level personnel who will work as liaison between the City and the Contractor and be available to respond to any problems that may arise in connection with Contractor's performance under the Contract.

  • Call Option Date As defined in Section 10.01(a) hereof.

  • Investment Start Date : means 19 November 2021 or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.

  • Code of Ethics Contact Person means the Chief Compliance Officer or such person or persons as may be from time to time designated.

  • Disinfectant contact time or "T in CT calculations" means the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application or the previous point of disinfectant residual measurement to a point before or at the point where residual disinfectant concentration (C) is measured. Where only one (1) C is measured, T is the time in minutes that it takes for water to move from the point of disinfectant application to a point before or at where C is measured. Where more than one (1) C is measured, T is:

  • Put Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and tender of the specified underlying Securities, to sell such Securities to the writer thereof for the exercise price.

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);

  • Call Option means an exchange traded option with respect to Securities other than Stock Index Options, Futures Contracts, and Futures Contract Options entitling the holder, upon timely exercise and payment of the exercise price, as specified therein, to purchase from the writer thereof the specified underlying Securities.

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);
