Temporary Works means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of works.
Temporary housing means any tent, trailer, motor home, or other structure used for human shelter which is designed to be transportable and which is not attached to the ground, to another structure, or to any utilities system on the same premises for more than thirty (30) days.
Temporary job site means a location where any of the following occur:
Temporary sign means a sign not permanently fixed and not intended to remain fixed in one position;
Temporary domicile means the principal place of abode within Utah of a person who does not have a present intention to continue residency within Utah permanently or indefinitely.
Temporary Teacher means a person employed to teach under the authority of a letter of permission.
Temporary post means a post other than a permanent post.
Books and Records means all books, records, board minutes, contracts, licenses, insurance policies, environmental audits, business plans, files, computer files, computer discs and other data and software storage and media devices, accounting books and records, financial statements (actual and pro forma), filings with Governmental Authorities and any and all records and instruments relating to the Collateral or Borrower’s business.
Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
temporary resident means a person who, in accordance with standards prescribed in rules adopted by the registrar, resides in this state on a temporary basis.
temporary sales office means a building, structure, facility or trailer on the lot used for the purpose of the sale of dwelling units to be erected on the lot.
Temporary Work means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion and maintenance of the works.
Temporary worker means a person who is furnished to you to substitute for a permanent “employee” on leave or to meet seasonal or short-term workload conditions.
temporary building means a Building designed or constructed, erected or placed on land and which is demolished or removed from the lands within twelve months of Building Permit issuance;
Temporary Work Agency means as defined in Regulation 4 of the AWR being a person engaged in the economic activity, public or private, whether or not operating for profit, and whether or not carrying on such activity in conjunction with others, of:
Business Records means, in respect of any Person, all data and Records relating to such Person, including client and customer lists and Records, referral sources, research and development reports and Records, cost information, sales and pricing data, customer prospect lists, customer and vendor data, production reports and Records, service and warranty Records, equipment logs, operating guides and manuals, financial and accounting Records, personnel Records (subject to Applicable Law), creative materials, advertising materials, promotional materials, studies, reports, correspondence and other similar documents and records.
Temporary Position means a non-permanent position which may be either full time or less than a full negotiated work week, used to perform the following work:
