Contested Amount definition

Contested Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(b) hereof.

Examples of Contested Amount in a sentence

  • To resolve any dispute related to any Contested Amount, the Parties will resolve such dispute following the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Article 26.

  • If any controversy arises involving any party to this Agreement (other than the Escrow Agent) concerning the subject matter of this Agreement, including a Contested Amount, the Escrow Agent will not be required to determine the controversy or to take any action until such dispute has been resolved.
