Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.
Indicators means actions that are likely to lead to the achievement of a competency and which, together with the competency, are measurable and observable;
Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;
Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.
complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.
Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.
Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use:
(A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or
(B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.
Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;
cosmetic product means any substance or mixture intended to be placed in contact with the external parts of the human body (epi dermis, hair system, nails, lips and external genital organs) or with the teeth and the mucous membranes of the oral cavity with a view exclusively or mainly to cleaning them, perfuming them, changing their appearance, protecting them, keeping them in good condition or correcting body odours;
Monitoring Indicator means a measure of HSP performance that may be monitored against provincial results or provincial targets, but for which no Performance Target is set;
Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.
Indicator means a quantitative or qualitative factor or variable that contributes to better understanding progress in implementing;
Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
medicinal product means any substance or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease in human beings or animals and any substance or combination of substances which may be administered to human beings or animals with a view to making a medical diagnosis or to restoring, correcting or modifying physiological functions in humans or in animals;
Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:
New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.
Therapeutically equivalent drug products means drug products that contain the same active ingredients and are identical in strength or concentration, dosage form, and route of administration and that are classified as being therapeutically equivalent by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration pursuant to the definition of "therapeutically equivalent drug products" set forth in the most recent edition of the Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, otherwise known as the "Orange Book."
Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.
New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).
Coverage territory means the United States of America (including its territories and possessions), Puerto Rico and Canada.
Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
