Contiguous land definition

Contiguous land means lands under the ownership, lease or control of an applicant for deer, bear, turkey or goose dam- age payments which are connected to the lands subject to a claim application or separated only by a roadway, easement, license or waterway.
Contiguous land means land bordering the land within the permit area.
Contiguous land means land adjoining and touching other land regardless of whether or not portions of the parcels have separate assessor’s tax numbers or were purchased at different times, lie in different sections, are in different government lots, or are separated from each other by private road or private rights-of-way.

More Definitions of Contiguous land

Contiguous land means land that is owned in fee title by the applicant and that is not interrupted by land owned by another person. Land that is owned by the applicant that is interrupted by adjacent federal or state land may on an individual basis be considered as contiguous land if the individual leases the federal or state land.
