Continuation Data definition

Continuation Data means the data required to be reported to a Swap Data Repository in CFTC Regulation § 45.1, or any successor regulation thereto.
Continuation Data means the data required to be reported to a Swap Data Repository in CFTC Regulation § 45.3(b).

  • Continuation Data includes life-cycle event data or state data, each as defined in CFTC Regulation § 45.1, or any successor regulation thereto, and Valuation Data.

  • Notice of Continuation means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit D (or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and containing the information required in such Exhibit) to be delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.8. evidencing the Borrower’s request for the Continuation of a LIBOR Loan.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • COBRA Continuation Period means the continuation period for medical and dental insurance to be provided under the terms of this Agreement which shall commence on the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the date of termination falls and generally shall continue for an 18 month period.
