Continued operation definition

Continued operation means the pro- duction of not less than commercial quantities of recoverable coal reserves in each of the first 2 continued oper- ation years following the achievement of diligent development and an average amount of not less than commercial quantities of recoverable coal reserves per continued operation year there- after, computed on a 3-year basis con- sisting of the continued operation year in question and the 2 preceding contin- ued operation years.

  • Salvage operation means any business, trade or industry engaged in whole or in part in salvaging or reclaiming any product or material, including but not limited to metals, chemicals, shipping containers or drums.
