Continuing Access Journals definition

Continuing Access Journals means the journals listed as Continuing Access Journals in Schedule 2. The list of Continuing Access Journals is subject to change by Licensor.

Examples of Continuing Access Journals in a sentence

  • After the Term, Licensee shall have Continuing Access to the Continuing Access Journals first published during the Term, subject to all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

  • During the Term, Licensee shall have access to the Continuing Access Journals listed in Section 3.1 first published during the Term.

  • In addition, during the Term only, Licensee will be granted access to the Content of the Continuing Access Journals titles published beginning four years prior to the Commencement Date (or, if later, first date of publication).

  • The value to be applied for additional Content or a credit will be determined by Licensor in good faith, taking into account factors which may include, without limitation, number of articles, number of pages, impact factor, usage factor, and list price of the Content in question, or any other formula including any or all such factors that allows Licensor to calculate the value of the lost Content as a percentage of the Continuing Access Journals under the License.

  • During the Term, Licensee shall have access to the Continuing Access Journals listed in Schedule 2: Continuing Access Journals first published during the Term.

  • Licensor will use reasonable efforts in line with Licensor’s standard policies to inform Customer and Licensee with respect to the discontinuation of Continuing Access Journals.

  • In addition, during the Term only, Licensee will be granted access to the Content of the Continuing Access Journals titles published beginning the later of (a) four years prior to the Commencement Date or (b) the first date of publication.

  • Afterthe Term, Licensee shall have Continuing Access to the Continuing Access Journals first published during the Term, subject to all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

  • This Section only applies to the Continuing Access Journals, as set forth in Section 3.1, for which a print version is available.

  • Duríng the Term, Licensee shall have access to the Continuing Access Journals listed in Section 3.1 first published duríng the Term.

Related to Continuing Access Journals

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Lateral Access Roads has the meaning given in subclause (3)(a)(iv));

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).

  • Service Activation Date means the same as Activation Date.

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;

  • Controlled-access highway means every street or highway in respect to which owners or occupants of abutting lands and other persons have no legal right of access to or from the same except at such points only and in such manner as may be determined by the public authority having jurisdiction over such street or highway.

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.

  • Activation Date means the date on which the Service and User Account (hereinafter defined) are activated for the Customer by TM as more particularly described in Clause 3.2 hereunder.

  • Local Access Transport Area (LATA) is As Defined in the Act.

  • Lateral Access Road Licence means a miscellaneous licence granted pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(ii) or subclause (6)(b) as the case may be and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;

  • Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C.

  • Collateral Access Agreement means a landlord waiver, bailee letter, or acknowledgement agreement of any lessor, warehouseman, processor, consignee, or other Person in possession of, having a Lien upon, or having rights or interests in the Equipment or Inventory, in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.

  • Restricted Access Area means a building, room, or other contiguous area on the premises where plant material is grown, cultivated, harvested, stored, packaged, or processed for sale under control of the manufacturer, and where no person under the age of 18 is permitted.

  • Local Access and Transport Area or "LATA” has the meaning given to the term in the Act.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI Telecordia Practice BR 000-000-000.

  • Authorized Control Level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • Transition Date means the date on which this contract comes into effect for all purposes.

  • Increased Facility Activation Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Receiving facility means a structure that is designed to receive septage waste for treatment at a wastewater treatment plant or at a research, development, and demonstration project authorized under section 11511b to which the structure is directly connected, and that is available for that purpose as provided for in an ordinance of the local unit of government where the structure is located or in an operating plan. Receiving facility does not include either of the following:

  • Processing facility means an establishment that prepares, treats, or converts tangible personal property into finished goods or another form of tangible personal property. The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);

  • Deactivation Date means the date a generating unit within the PJM Region is either retired or mothballed and ceases to operate.

  • Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.
