Contract Cities definition

Contract Cities mean cities that are signatory to an agreement in substantially similar form to this Agreement. Contract Cities do not include cities who are a party to the 2012- 2030 Agreement.
Contract Cities means cities that are signatory to the Original Agreement. The Contract Cities are listed in Exhibit VII.
