Contract Compliance Officer definition

Contract Compliance Officer means the Director, or his or her delegates, of the Social Responsibility Division for the Port of Oakland.
Contract Compliance Officer is defined in Section 13.06. “Contract Year” means each period of twelve (12) calendar months starting July 1 and ending June 30, during the Term.
Contract Compliance Officer means the County employee who will provide contract oversight.
