Vendors who have twenty (20) or more employees and a contract of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) or more must submit a written affirmative action plan to the County’s Contract Compliance Officer within fifteen (15) working days of the effective date of the contract.

During the term of this Agreement, PROVIDER shall report to the County Contract Compliance Officer, within ten (10) days, any allegations to, or findings by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) or Wisconsin Employment Relations commission (WERC) that PROVIDER has violated a statute or regulation regarding labor standards or relations within the seven years prior to entering this Agreement.

No changes to the Compliance Plan or contractual MBE and WBE commitments or substitution of MBE or WBE subcontractors may be made without the prior written approval of the Contract Compliance Officer.
