Contract Oversight. Grantee represents and warrants that it will maintain oversight to ensure that contractors perform in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of their contracts or purchase orders.

Contract Oversight. 3.1.10.1 The Contractor shall develop and implement Management Information System (MIS) techniques and software tools to improve the productivity and management of TO requirements.

Contract Oversight. 1. Greeley will use its procurement process and award contracts with independent contractors to perform the work identified in the Financial Plan and Scope of Work.
Contract Oversight. A Using Agency found to be non-compliant with the method of operation as described herein risks having its contract access revoked. Audits may be conducted of either Using Agency or vendor compliance, or both parties' compliance may be audited by the State.
