Contract Oversight. Grantee represents and warrants that it will maintain oversight to ensure that contractors perform in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of their contracts or purchase orders.

The Purchaser shall notify the Seller or the Seller’s Agent 36-48 hours prior to commencing harvest of the timber designated herein and upon completion of the cutting. In the event that the harvest is temporarily discontinued for more than one week, the Purchaser agrees to notify the Seller or the Seller’s Agent (Agent's name) both upon discontinuance and resumption of harvest. Notification under this paragraph may be made by telephone to (phone number). The Seller or the Seller’s Agent may require an onsite meeting before commencement of harvesting.
Contract Oversight. 3.1.10.1 The Contractor shall develop and implement Management Information System (MIS) techniques and software tools to improve the productivity and management of TO requirements.
3.1.10.2 The Contractor shall implement standardized project and critical path management techniques and software tools to improve the planning, management, and control of TO requirements.
3.1.10.3 The Contractor shall implement MIS techniques and tools to automate, manage, and coordinate the flow of information and data to other Government agencies and contractors.
Contract Oversight. As the Managing Venturer, ABC is primarily responsible for Contract oversight. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management and administration of the Contract. Each Joint Venturer will have the right to visit the Contract site to evaluate the Contract performance.
Contract Oversight. The DEP has entered into the Commonwealth Contract requiring the Contractor to Receive and Process Program Recyclables. The DEP shall provide the Designated Community with relevant Contractor operational data upon request, within 30 days of such request, in accordance with the public records law, X.X. x. 66, s. 10.
Contract Oversight. 1. Greeley will use its procurement process and award contracts with independent contractors to perform the work identified in the Financial Plan and Scope of Work.
2. Xxxxxxx will designate Project Managers to administer and oversee the work in accordance with terms and conditions of the contracts.
3. In accordance with its policies and procedures, Greeley will require the independent contractors to: (a) provide a certificate of insurance, evidencing Commercial General Liability and (b) assume responsibility and liability for damages, loss or injury of any kind or nature whatever to persons or property omission, or failure to act when under a duty to act on the part of the independent contractors or any of their officers, agents, employees, or subcontractors in their performance of the work.
Contract Oversight. A Using Agency found to be non-compliant with the method of operation as described herein risks having its contract access revoked. Audits may be conducted of either Using Agency or vendor compliance, or both parties' compliance may be audited by the State.
