Contract Extension Amendment definition

Contract Extension Amendment means the substantially similar amendments to the Contractors’ Water Supply Contracts that include, among other things, an extension of the term of the contract to December 31, 2085.

  • Extension Request has the meaning provided in Section 2.20(a).
