Contract Finisher definition

Contract Finisher means a Person engaged by any of Cipher, an Approved Manufacturer or Distributor to be responsible for Packaging and/or Testing the Product in the Territory.

  • Sub-Distributor shall pay all insurance and shipping costs and any Taxes imposed on shipment of Product from the Contract Finisher to the location specified by Sub-Distributor.

It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.
