Contract Prices are all inclusive i.e. including all taxes, duties, local levies / transportation / loading-unloading charges etc.
The effective date of this Contract will be determined by the Postal Service and shall be within seven (7) business days following the signature date of the Contract; however, the Postal Service may delay the effective date for up to sixty (60) calendar days if it determines that Customer or Customer’s payment systems are not prepared for shipping at Contract Prices.
The Bidder shall indicate the unit prices and total Bid Prices of the goods and services it proposes to supply under the Contract: Prices quoted by the Bidder shall be fixed during the Bidder's performance of the Contract.

Before construction commences, Contractor shall furnish in writing to Owner the names of all persons or entities proposed for each principal portion of the Work and their respective Contract Prices.
