Contracted Energy definition

Contracted Energy means the Net Energy in MUs corresponding to the contracted capacity and declared CUF at the delivery point.
Contracted Energy means the net energy in MU contracted between the Seller and the Procurer at the Interconnection Point as provided in the Selected Bid as per Format 4.7 of this RFP;
Contracted Energy means the energy in Kilo watt hours (kWh) or Units, from the Contracted Capacity, supplied by the Developer to the Offtaker at the Injection Point for each Contract Year as per clause 3.1.1 of this RFP. This shall be limited to 4.73 million units in a financial year.

Examples of Contracted Energy in a sentence

  • If data from the Meter Registration System Operator is either unavailable or unresolvable then ESB will calculate the Energy Charges as if the VIPP Bilateral Contract Report showed an aggregate Eligible Customer demand in each Trading Period equal to 80% of the VIPP Suppliers Maximum Contracted Energy.

  • Such Bilateral Contract Nomination shall not exceed the Maximum Contracted Energy, be made in accordance with the Trading and Settlement Code and identify the seller with the SSA assigned market participant ID for ESB as the Generator.

  • During 5 - 10 years from Commencement Date, JIL shall be allowed to voluntarily exit the contract by paying termination penalty equivalent to product of one year (1) year’ worth of Contracted Energy and PPA Tariff by giving a notice period for respective year of exit of at least six (6) months, except in case of force majeure or default of Supplier when no such penalty shall be payable.

  • In case the generation is over and above the Contracted Energy in any Contract Year after the achievement of Commercial Operation Date, the Successful Bidder will be free to sell it to any other entity provided first right of refusal will vest with JIL.


More Definitions of Contracted Energy

Contracted Energy means Units of power in kWh contracted between the Seller and Procurer at the Delivery Point as provided in Clause 2.1 of this RFP;

Contracted Energy means 7.58 Mus/ Month of Renewable Energy from a wind-solar hybrid power at the Delivery Point for supply to GAIL. It is to clarify that in any 15 minutes time block during the entire term of PPA, the injected power shall not exceed the Contracted Capacity.

Contracted Energy means the energy (in MU) based on the CUF as notified by CERC at the time of issue of RfP and considering the Contracted Capacity, contracted between the Seller and the Procurer at the generation switch yard bus bar, as provided in the Selected Bid as per Format 4.1 of this RfP;
