Contracted Energy definition

Contracted Energy means the Net Energy in MUs corresponding to the contracted capacity and declared CUF at the delivery point.
Contracted Energy means the net energy in MU contracted between the Seller and the Procurer at the Interconnection Point as provided in the Selected Bid as per Format 4.7 of this RFP;

  • If a complete Bilateral Contract Report for each Settlement Day in a Payment Period has not been received by ESB within twenty one (21) Business Days of the end of the Payment Period then ESB will calculate the Energy Charges as if the Bilateral Contract Report showed a demand in each Trading Period equal to 80% of the VIPP Suppliers Maximum Contracted Energy.

Related to Contracted Energy

  • Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 23-056 for Unit Price – Plumbing Services.
