Contracted Energy definition

Contracted Energy means the Net Energy in MUs corresponding to the contracted capacity and declared CUF at the delivery point.

Examples of Contracted Energy in a sentence

  • Nominations in excess of the Maximum Contracted Energy are not permitted and will be considered as a breach of contract.
