CONTRACTED HOMES definition

CONTRACTED HOMES means all condominium units and one-to-four family residences (including Model Homes) in the Authorized States owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries as part of their respective real estate development business, on which a building permit has been issued and construction has begun, and for which the Borrower or its Subsidiaries has entered into a written Contract for Sale.
CONTRACTED HOMES means all Units (including Model Homes) on which a building permit has been issued and construction has begun or has been completed, and for which the Company or its Subsidiaries has entered into a written Contract for Sale.

  • Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.

  • Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Residential child care facility means a twenty-four-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives;

  • Contractor-acquired property means property acquired, fabricated, or otherwise provided by the Contractor for performing a contract, and to which the Government has title.

  • Long-term care facility means a nursing home, retirement care, mental care, or other facility or institution that provides extended health care to resident patients.

  • Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 23-056 for Unit Price – Plumbing Services.
