Contracted Volumes definition

Contracted Volumes means, at any time and from time to time on and after the Closing Date, the aggregate volumes of Crude Oil that are to be purchased or sold under Purchase Contracts or Sale Contracts and are yet to be delivered to Coffeyville.
Contracted Volumes means the volume of postal items handed over as Mail by the Principal in accordance with the estimated volumes and/or accepted by the Carrier for the Services.
Contracted Volumes means the volumes of Product(s) AMSC would have supplied to the Customer had this Agreement or the applicable Transaction Confirmation not been terminated, and is the sum of the identified volumes set out in an applicable Pricing Schedule for the remainder of the Deal Term;

  • The Company’s obligations to supply Contracted Volumes pursuant to any contract listed on Schedule 1 shall terminate upon the expiration of the current term of such contract.

Contracted Volumes means the volume in respect of which a User is entitled to have its System Substances gathered, processed and transported in the Facilities on a firm basis pursuant to a TPA or the Development and Operating Agreement or both;

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.
