Contracting ED Hospital definition

Contracting ED Hospital means a hospital that has executed a Contract for Provision of 8 Emergency and Stabilization Hospital Services for the MSN Program with COUNTY.

  • In such instances, reimbursement at Contracting ED Hospital rates shall be effective upon 10 receipt of the executed Agreement and shall not be retroactive.
