Should any Contracting Municipality default in its obligation to pay the service fee, the other Contracting Municipalities shall have an obligation to continue to pay the aggregate service fee.
Under the Service Agreement, the service fee is an obligation of the Contracting Municipalities to which each has pledged its full faith and credit.
