Contracting Municipalities definition

Contracting Municipalities means those municipalities or public safety agencies that have not been admitted to this Authority pursuant to Section 22 of this Agreement, but that have contracted for public safety communications services with the Authority.
Contracting Municipalities means, collectively, the Municipalities and all Eligible Municipalities which have adopted an Additional Ordinance-Contract.
Contracting Municipalities shall be defined as any other municipality which may contract for police services from the Lebanon County Regional Police Commission.
