Contractor Airport definition

Contractor Airport means any airport at which Contractor provides or arranges for the provision of ground handling services pursuant to the Contractor Ground Handling Agreement, and any other airport into or out of which Contractor operates any Scheduled Flight and which is not a Continental Airport.

  • LAWA shall ensure that by five years from the effective date of this Agreement, 50 percent of the Covered Vehicles operated by any Airport Contractor, Airport Lessee, and Airport Licensee (collectively “Operators”) are Alternative-Fuel Vehicles or Optional Low NOx Standard Vehicles.

  • Notwithstanding the identity of the lessee, sublessor or sublessee under any lease or other agreement relating to any Airport Facilities, Continental shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Contractor with access to all Terminal Facilities at each Continental Airport, and at any Contractor Airport where Continental is the lessee or sublessee, in each case as reasonably necessary for the provision of Regional Airline Services.

  • In this regard, Continental and Contractor each agree to use good faith efforts to cause each Contractor Airport to become a Continental Airport prior to March 31, 2009, subject to receipt of any necessary consent or approval from any applicable Airport Authority in connection therewith.

  • Additionally, Continental agrees that it will afford Contractor an opportunity to bid on any request for proposal solicited by Continental for ground handling services at any Contractor Airport.

  • If a construction trailer is required or requested by the Contractor, Airport will make every effort to accommodate Contractor’s requested location.

  • The CSPP provides single source procedural information for all key Project personnel to use during construction, and defines the specific responsibilities of the Airport Operator, the Contractor, Airport users/tenants, and the Project Engineer.

Related to Contractor Airport

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

"Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • EPC Contractor means the contractor responsible for engineering, procurement and construction of the Facility, including Seller if acting as contractor, and including all subcontractors.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contract carrier means any person who, under special and individual contracts or agreements, and

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity.   • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;
