Contractor Person definition

Contractor Person means any employee, officer, consultant, agent, contractor, Subcontractor, Representative, Supplier, vendor or other representative of Contractor or any of its Affiliates, in each case while acting as such subject to Contractor’s supervision, control or direction.
Contractor Person means (a) the Contractor, (b) any Subcontractor or (c) any subsidiary, Affiliate, agent, representative, director, manager, officer, employee (including the Project Manager), transferee, successor or assign of the Contractor or any Subcontractor.

  • Contractor shall provide each Contractor Person with only such level of access as is required for such individual to perform his or her assigned tasks and functions.

  • The parties shall bear their own respective costs and expenses incurred in respect of this Part A of Schedule 8.4, unless any DCC Audit identifies any material breach by the Contractor or any other Contractor Person of this Agreement, any Work Package or any of the provisions of this Agreement referred to in Clauses 60.2.1.3 to 60.2.1.6, in which case, the Contractor shall reimburse the DCC for the reasonable costs incurred by the DCC in relation to the relevant DCC Audit.

  • If a securities transaction of the Compliance Officer is under consideration, UBOC's Legal Counsel will act as the Alternate Compliance Officer for purposes of this Section 4.1. NOTE: All reports submitted by Access Persons and Advisory Persons generally will be reviewed for compliance with this code.

  • Contractor: Person, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, joint venture, or other entity that has contracted with the City.

  • All other records, notices, documents or certificates required to be produced and/or maintained by the Contractor or any Contractor Person pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Contractor shall not permit any Contractor Person who has falsified such Identification Credentials or failed to disclose such information to perform any Service that permits Access.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Nominated sub Contractor means all specialists, merchants, tradesmen and others executing any special work or supplying any materials for which provisional or prime cost sums are included in the contract, who may have been or be nominated or selected or approved by the Employer / Employer’s Engineer and shall be deemed to be employed by the contractor.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Third Party Subcontract means a subcontract entered into by the Third Party Contractor with a Third Party Subcontractor, or a Third Party Subcontractor with another Third Party Subcontractor at any tier, and is supported in whole or in part with the federal assistance originally derived from FTA, or non- federal share dedicated to the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement.
