Contractor Person definition

Contractor Person means any employee, officer, consultant, agent, contractor, Subcontractor, Representative, Supplier, vendor or other representative of Contractor or any of its Affiliates, in each case while acting as such subject to Contractor’s supervision, control or direction.
Contractor Person means (a) the Contractor, (b) any Subcontractor or (c) any subsidiary, Affiliate, agent, representative, director, manager, officer, employee (including the Project Manager), transferee, successor or assign of the Contractor or any Subcontractor.

  • Contractor shall provide each Contractor Person with only such level of access as is required for such individual to perform his or her assigned tasks and functions.

  • Notwithstanding the express obligations on the Contractor under this Agreement, the Contractor shall be solely responsible for compliance with Environmental Law(s) applicable to any Contractor Person in relation to the performance of the Services and its other obligations under this Agreement and the DCC accepts no liability for any such matter arising as a result of the Contractor's performance of the Services or any failure to perform the Services.

  • Each of the DCC and the Contractor (on behalf of itself and any Contractor Person) shall at all times take all reasonable steps to minimise and mitigate any Loss for which the relevant party is entitled to bring a claim against the other party pursuant to the indemnities in this Schedule 9.1.

  • The Contractor shall authorize and shall issue, any necessary information-access mechanisms, including access IDs and passwords, and shall prohibit any such mechanisms to be shared or used by other than the individual Contractor Person to whom issued.

  • Off Contract requires the Contractor or a Contractor Person to hold Data for any material period of time, the Contractor shall perform (or procure) secure back-ups of all DCC Data and Relevant Contractor Data in accordance with Good Industry Practice and any additional requirements of any Call-Off Contract.

  • Any violation or disregard of such Security Policies and Principles by an individual Contractor Person or Subcontractor shall be cause for denial of access of such Person to the County’s eGovernment Systems or property.

  • Either prior to assigning, or as promptly as possible thereafter (and, in any event, within thirty (30) days thereafter), an individual to work on a full-time permanent basis at a Client facility under this Agreement (a "Resident Contractor Person") Contractor shall, subject to any prohibitions or limitations imposed by applicable law, commence and complete a prescreening/qualification verification of such individual, including performance reference checks.

  • Contractor shall not assign any Resident Contractor Person based upon a finding that such individual has a state or federal misdemeanor, felony conviction, or pending criminal charge for the seven (7) years prior to the start of such assignment for Client.

  • Contractor shall not permit any Contractor Person who has falsified such Identification Credentials or failed to disclose such information to perform any Service that permits Access.
