Contractor Person definition

Contractor Person means Contractor, any Affiliate of Contractor, any Subcontractor, any of their respective agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, members, shareholders, partners, employees, consultants, independent contractors, invitees and any other Person over whom any of the foregoing Persons has control, responsibility or authority.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.
