Contractor Key Personnel definition

Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.
Contractor Key Personnel has the meaning set forth in Subparagraph 4.3.2.
Contractor Key Personnel means the Program Staff members set forth in Exhibit I. Any additions or deletions to the Contractor Key Personnel after the Effective Date shall be made pursuant to the Contract Change Control Procedures.

  • Contractor shall not replace or reassign any Contractor Key Personnel unless the Court consents in advance in writing or such Contractor Key Personnel (i) voluntarily resigns or takes a leave of absence from Contractor, (ii) has his/her employment, professional or other for-hire relationship terminated by Contractor, (iii) fails to perform his or her duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Agreement, or (iv) dies or is unable to work due to his or her disability.

  • The Court reserves the right to interview and approve proposed Contractor Key Personnel prior to their assignment to the Court.

More Definitions of Contractor Key Personnel

Contractor Key Personnel shall have the meaning specified in Paragraph 3.1 (Contractor Administration).
Contractor Key Personnel means, initially, those personnel of Contractor and its Subcontractors who are so designated in Schedule 10.1.1 and, thereafter, their respective replacements as designated and approved in accordance with Section 10 of the Agreement.

Related to Contractor Key Personnel

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Prime Contractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a prime Contractor.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Contractor employee means prime Contractor and subcontractor employees who require agency access to perform work under a CMS contract.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Covered subcontractor means any entity that has a subcontract valued in excess of $1 million, except a subcontract for the acquisition of commercial items, including commercially available off-the-shelf items.
