  • The Contractor Relationship Manager shall be a resource in addition to any Project Manager or project management established under any Solution Order or Services Order.

  • County Relationship Manager and Contractor Relationship Manager may agree, in writing, to revise the Estimated Due Date of each Milestone and Deliverable.

  • County Relationship Manager and Contractor Relationship Manager may mutually agree in writing, to revise a Milestone or add/remove any Deliverables of a Milestone, provided there is no increase to the Total Not to Exceed Monetary Limit of the Contract.

  • Relationship Manager means the individual who is appointed by us from time to time and notified to you in writing as your relationship manager in relation to the relevant services provided to you under these Terms and/or provided by our Associate;

  • Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.
