Contractor Subsidy definition

Contractor Subsidy means the part of the Subsidy to be paid to the Recipient by the Government for paying the Contractor, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Initial Subsidy Agreement, and the Ceiling of Subsidy, the Estimated Market Price and where applicable, the amount available for allocating to the Recipient according to the rules of allocation of Subsidy as set out in Paragraph 9 of the Application Notes, which is HK$[.] as calculated in Annex I of this Agreement.
Contractor Subsidy means the part of the Subsidy to be paid to the Recipient by the Government, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Further Subsidy Agreement.

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).
