Contran Companies definition

Contran Companies means Contran and the Contran Affiliates and "Contran Company" means any one of the Contran Companies;

  • The Contran Companies will reimburse the Agent for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Agent in connection with the foregoing.

  • The Contran Companies will be deemed to reaffirm the accuracy and completeness of the foregoing representations and warranties each time that an Advance is requested.

  • Contran, NCL (collectively, the "Contran Companies"), and U.S. Bank are parties to a loan agreement dated as of September 3, 1998 (the "1998 Loan Agreement"), and certain related note, guaranty, and pledge agreements (the "1998 Loan Documents").

  • Except for the notices, reports, and other documents and information that the Agent is specifically required to furnish to the members of the Bank Group under this Agreement, the Agent will have no obligation to provide to the members of the Bank Group any additional information concerning the financial condition, business operations, or property of the Contran Companies that may come into the possession of the Agent or its affiliates.

  • The Loan Documents will bind the successors and assigns of the Contran Companies and will bind and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of each member of the Bank Group and the Agent.

Related to Contran Companies

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • boycott energy companies means, without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company:

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Released Entities means released entities as such term is defined

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.

  • Holding Companies means, collectively, the Company and Holdings, and each is a “Holding Company”.

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved

  • Project Company means Company incorporated by the bidder as per Indian Laws in accordance with Clause no 3.5.

  • Subject Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • CAMC means Centennial Asset Management Corporation.

  • EMM means eMaryland Marketplace.
