  • As of receipt of the signed Contrat Cadre Fournisseur, the applicant is considered as a Grid User.

  • Both parties (the Grid User and Creos) shall use the contact details sheet as appended in the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur.

  • By entering in a Contrat Cadre Fournisseur with Creos, a party becomes a Grid User and can subscribe any Transmission Services.

  • In addition, pyrosequencing method achieves greater quantification sensitivity than general sequencing.

  • The Operating Procedures is applicable under the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur between the Grid Users and Creos.

  • Unless the context requires otherwise, the definitions set out in the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur and in the Contrat d’Utilisation du Réseau apply to this Attachment F.
