Examples of Contrat Cadre Fournisseur in a sentence

  • Any difference between the Provisional Data and the final data will be handled between the Network User and the concerned TSO of the BeLux area in accordance with the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur or the Standard Transmission Agreement (including Access Code for Transmission) applicable in Luxembourg and in Belgium respectively.

  • A party (hereinafter called “the applicant”) that wants to enter in a Contrat Cadre Fournisseur with Creos provides Creos with the following information:  The detailed identity of the applicant;After receiving an application to enter in a Contrat Cadre Fournisseur, Creos sends the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur for signature to the applicant within ten working days after receipt of such application.The applicant returns the signed Contrat Cadre Fournisseur to Creos within twenty working days.

  • As of receipt of the signed Contrat Cadre Fournisseur, the applicant is considered as a Grid User.

  • Both parties (the Grid User and Creos) shall use the contact details sheet as appended in the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur.

  • By entering in a Contrat Cadre Fournisseur with Creos, a party becomes a Grid User and can subscribe any Transmission Services.

  • In addition, pyrosequencing method achieves greater quantification sensitivity than general sequencing.

  • The Operating Procedures is applicable under the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur between the Grid Users and Creos.

  • Unless the context requires otherwise, the definitions set out in the Contrat Cadre Fournisseur and in the Contrat d’Utilisation du Réseau apply to this Attachment F.
