Contributed Businesses definition

Contributed Businesses means the NBCU Businesses and the Contributed Comcast Businesses, collectively.
Contributed Businesses has the meaning set forth in the preliminary statements hereto.
Contributed Businesses means those certain equity interests, assets, properties and businesses contributed or otherwise transferred, directly or indirectly, to the Issuer, pursuant to the Contribution Agreement.

  • The creation of the Joint Venture, including the contribution of the Contributed Businesses and related transactions, is collectively referred to as the “Transactions”.

  • Each of MUFG and MS shall have the same rights, and MUMSS, MSMS and their respective Subsidiaries shall have the same obligations, as are set forth above in this Section 3.2(b) with respect to any non-privileged records pertaining to their respective Contributed Businesses that are transferred to MUMSS or MSMS, as applicable.


More Definitions of Contributed Businesses

Contributed Businesses means the Citigroup Contributed Business and the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Contributed Business, or either of them, as the context requires.
Contributed Businesses means the Core MTS business and Legacy CHC business, including substantially all of the assets and operations of Legacy CHC, but excluding the eRx Network.
