Prohibited Business definition

Prohibited Business shall be defined as any business and any branch, office or operation thereof, which is a primary competitor of the Company with respect to the Business wherever the Company does business, in North America or abroad.
Prohibited Business shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Prohibited Business means any business or activity carried on by the Company or any Group Company at the Termination Date or at any time in the Relevant Period in which you shall have been directly concerned in the course of your employment at any time in the Relevant Period.

More Definitions of Prohibited Business

Prohibited Business shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.05(a).
Prohibited Business means the provision of local, long-distance and related telephone and data transmission services.

Prohibited Business means the business of providing charter or scheduled airline service. The Prohibited Business shall include, but is not limited to, employment with an existing airline or with a group which within one (1) year prior to the termination of Executive’s employment or after the termination of employment, begins to take steps to form a start-up airline.
Prohibited Business means any business other than the businesses referred to in section 30(1)(a) to (d).
Prohibited Business has the meaning set forth in Section 18.1 hereof.
