Contributed IP definition

Contributed IP means, with respect to MUFG, the MUS Contributed IP, and with respect to MS, the MSJS Contributed IP and the IBD Contributed IP.
Contributed IP means all of Consultant’s right, title, and interest in, to, and under the Intellectual Property in the Field existing as of the date of this Consulting Agreement and at any time during the Contribution Period including all Intellectual Property listed on Schedule 1 hereto.
Contributed IP has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(c)(vi).

  • Regeneron shall grant, and hereby grants, to Intellia a non-exclusive, worldwide license under Regeneron Product Inventions, Regeneron Materials Improvements and that portion of the Regeneron Contributed IP that is Technology Collaboration Contributed Technology solely to perform the activities designated to Intellia under the Technology Collaboration Plan during the Technology Collaboration Term.

  • As between the Parties, Regeneron shall have the sole and exclusive right, in its discretion and at its expense, to handle any reissue, post-grant review, inter partes review, derivation proceeding, supplemental examination, interference, opposition, reexamination or other administrative proceeding relating to (i) Patents and Patent Applications within the Regeneron Contributed IP and (ii) Patents and Patent Applications claiming or otherwise covering Regeneron Materials Improvements [***].

  • As between the Parties, Regeneron shall have the sole and exclusive right, in its discretion and at its expense, to handle enforcement relating to the Regeneron Contributed IP, [***] and Regeneron Materials Improvements.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NewCo, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries, hereby grants to Echo Connect and its Subsidiaries a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as otherwise provided in Sections 2.6 and 5.2), royalty-free and fully paid up license under the Echo Contributed IP for Use in connection with Echo Connect Retained Business.


More Definitions of Contributed IP

Contributed IP means the intellectual property assets owned by Tencent ParentCo as set forth on Schedule 4 and to be transferred to BVICo at Completion pursuant to Section 2.1(b)(ii).
Contributed IP means the Intellectual Property Rights transferred pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(vi).
Contributed IP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
Contributed IP means: (i) the Contributed Other IP; (ii) the Contributed Patents; (iii) the Contributed Trademarks; and (iv) the right to register, prosecute, maintain or record any of such foregoing rights, as well as all rights to damages and to collect payments for past, present and future infringements and misappropriations thereof.
Contributed IP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(f) of this Agreement.
Contributed IP means all drawings, specifications, processes, techniques, samples, specimens, prototypes, designs, research and development results, test results, and other technical and scientific information (collectively, Works) and Intellectual Property which is made available for the Research Project by a party, either at the Commencement Date or during the Research Project Term including the Works and Intellectual Property identified in Part A of Schedule 1. Contributing Party means a party that makes its Background IP available for the Research Project under the terms of this Agreement.
Contributed IP has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
