Contribution Funding definition

Contribution Funding means Set Funding, Fixed Funding, Flexible Funding and Block Funding.
Contribution Funding means the obligation of the Company to the RLH Member in the amount of Forty Eight Million Seven Hundred Eighty- Seven Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Two Dollars ($48,787,352) which is being paid on the date of Closing in accordance with the Contribution Agreement.
