Controlled Substances Uses means any cultivation, growth, creation, production, manufacture, sale, distribution, storage, handling, possession or other use of a Controlled Substance.

Examples of Controlled Substances Uses in a sentence

  • The provisions of this Section 5.11 are intended and shall apply notwithstanding any state or local law permitting the Controlled Substances Uses or Drug-Related Activities.
