If no election as to the type of Conventional Revolving Borrowing is specified, then the requested Conventional Revolving Borrowing shall consist of Alternate Base Rate Loans.
If no Interest Period is specified with respect to any Conventional Revolving Borrowing consisting of Eurodollar Loans, then the Company shall be deemed to have selected the shortest permitted Interest Period.
