Conventional Revolving Borrowing definition

Conventional Revolving Borrowing means a Borrowing of Conventional Revolving Loans made by the Company under Section 2.01(a), as converted or continued under Section 2.08.

  • If no election as to the type of Conventional Revolving Borrowing is specified, then the requested Conventional Revolving Borrowing shall consist of Alternate Base Rate Loans.
