Conversion Warrants definition

Conversion Warrants means those certain warrants issued as of July 5, 2005, in connection with an amendment and restatement of the Convertible Facility.
Conversion Warrants shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

More Definitions of Conversion Warrants

Conversion Warrants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(a).
Conversion Warrants means the warrants to purchase Common Stock ------------------- at the conversion price of the Preferred Stock in substantially the form of Exhibit 2.1A issuable upon a voluntary prepayment of the Preferred Stock in accordance with section 6.3 of the Certificate of Designation.
