Converted Common Unit definition

Converted Common Unit means a Common Unit issued upon conversion of a Class B Unit pursuant to Section 5.13.
Converted Common Unit has the meaning ascribed to such term in the MWE Partnership Agreement.
Converted Common Unit means a Common Unit issued upon conversion of a Class B Unit pursuant to Section 5.13. “Curative Allocation” means any allocation of an item of income, gain, deduction, loss or credit pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1(d)(xii).

  • The terms of a Class B Unit will be changed, automatically and without further action, on the applicable Class B Conversion Date so that such Class B Unit is converted into a number of Common Units equal to the Conversion Number on such Class B Conversion Date and, immediately thereafter, such Class B Unit shall not be Outstanding; provided, however, that each Converted Common Unit will become Outstanding and will remain subject to the provisions of Section 6.1(d)(x) and Section 6.10.

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Existing Common Stock means shares of common stock of Delphi that are authorized, issued, and outstanding prior to the Effective Date.

  • New Common Shares means the common stock or common equity of Reorganized XOG to be issued on the Effective Date.

  • Class C Ordinary Share shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • New Common Stock means shares of Common Stock and/or securities convertible into, and/or other rights exercisable for, Common Stock, which are offered or sold in a New Transaction.

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of Class B Common Stock.

  • REIT Share means a share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the General Partner.

  • Preference Share means a preference share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.

  • Class D Common Stock means the Class D Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class B Ordinary Share means an Ordinary Share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the capital of the Company, designated as a Class B Ordinary Share and having the rights provided for in these Articles;

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • sub-unit means, with respect to any currency other than euro, the lowest amount of such currency that is available as legal tender in the country of such currency and, with respect to euro, means one cent.

  • Ordinary Share means a Class A Ordinary Share or a Class B Ordinary Share;

  • Class B Common Stock means the Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Restricted Common Stock means shares of Common Stock which are, or which upon their issuance upon the exercise of any Warrant would be required to be, evidenced by a certificate bearing the restrictive legend set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Parent Common Shares means the common shares of the Parent;

  • Series B Common Stock means the Series B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Preferred Share means a share of stock of the General Partner of any class or series now or hereafter authorized or reclassified that has dividend rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the REIT Shares.

  • Preferred Unit means a fractional share of the Partnership Interests that the General Partner has authorized pursuant to Sections 4.01, 4.03 or 4.04 hereof that has distribution rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the OP Units.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • Old Common Stock means the Company's common stock, par value $.01 per share, outstanding as of the date of the Company's filing of the petition commencing the Chapter 11 Case.
