Converted REO Property definition

Converted REO Property means an REO Property that results from the foreclosure of any Mortgage Loan that was a Purchased Asset, or transfer of the related Mortgaged Property in lieu of foreclosure or other transfer of such real property, and (i) which is titled in the name of the REO Subsidiary and (ii) with respect to which such REO Property has satisfied the conditions of Section 3(j)(iv).

  • With respect to each Asset to be sold hereunder by Seller to Purchaser, Seller hereby makes all of the applicable representations and warranties set forth in Exhibit B-1 or B-2, as applicable, as of the date the related Mortgage Loan File is delivered to Purchaser or the Custodian with respect to the related Assets or as of the date the REO Property converts to Converted REO Property, as applicable, and continuously while such Asset is subject to a Transaction.

  • REO Property A Mortgaged Property acquired by the Trust Fund through foreclosure or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure in connection with a defaulted Mortgage Loan.

  • Converted Mortgage Loan An ARM Loan with respect to which the Borrower has complied with the applicable requirements of the related Mortgage Note to convert the related Mortgage Interest Rate to a fixed rate of interest, and the Servicer has processed such conversion. Co-op Shares: Shares issued by private non-profit housing corporations.

  • REO Disposition Period As defined in Section 3.14. REO Proceeds: Proceeds, net of any related expenses of the Servicer, received in respect of any REO Property (including, without limitation, proceeds from the rental of the related Mortgaged Property) which are received prior to the final liquidation of such Mortgaged Property.

  • REO A Mortgaged Property that is acquired by the Trust in a foreclosure or by grant of deed in lieu of foreclosure.

  • Principal Prepayment Period The month preceding the month in which the related Remittance Date occurs.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Nonrecoverable Property Protection Advance shall have the meaning assigned to the term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Original Collateral Sale Price means JPY 6,399,647,993. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Collateral Sale Agreement, the consideration for the Initial Charged Assets is the Issue Price of the Notes plus the entry into the Swap Agreement by the Issuer.

  • Nonrecoverable Monthly Advance Any Monthly Advance previously made or proposed to be made in respect of a Mortgage Loan or REO Property that, in the good faith business judgment of the Seller, will not, or, in the case of a proposed Monthly Advance, would not be, ultimately recoverable from related late payments, Insurance Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds on such Mortgage Loan or REO Property as provided herein.

  • REO Acquisition The acquisition by the Master Servicer on behalf of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of any REO Property pursuant to Section 3.14.

  • Serviced Loan Combination A Loan Combination that is being serviced pursuant to this Agreement. The only Serviced Loan Combinations related to the Trust as of the Closing Date are the Loan Combinations as to which “Serviced” is set forth in the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Servicing Type,” together with any Servicing Shift Loan Combinations. A Servicing Shift Loan Combination will no longer be a Serviced Loan Combination on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • After-Acquired Property means any property (other than Collateral or Excluded Property) that is acquired or otherwise owned by the Company or any Subsidiary after the Issue Date of a type that secures the Secured Obligations.

  • REO Revenues All income, rents, profits and proceeds derived from the ownership, operation or leasing of any REO Property.
