Convertible Stock definition

Convertible Stock means preferred stock and other Capital Stock that are convertible, exchangeable or exercisable into Pilgrim’s Pride’s common stock.
Convertible Stock means the Corporation's Class A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, outstanding on the date of this Note.
Convertible Stock means the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company, which is convertible into shares of Common Stock in accordance with the terms of the Company’s Certificate of Designation of the Convertible Stock.
