Conveyed Company Benefit Plan definition

Conveyed Company Benefit Plan means each Business Benefit Plan that is sponsored or maintained by a Conveyed Company and that will transfer with the Conveyed Company by operation of Law.
Conveyed Company Benefit Plan means each Business Benefit Plan that is sponsored, maintained or entered into by a ConveyedCompany.
