Core Activity definition

Core Activity means an activity carried on by an Indian entity turnover wherefrom constitutes not less than 50% of its total turnover in the previous accounting year;

Core Activity means a work activity that counts toward the work requirement, pursuant to 45 CFR 261.33 through 261.35.
