Category C. The academic year for Instructors shall be the period September 1 to August 31.
Category C. 1. Cal-Am shall monitor the design, engineering, and permitting of all elements of the Desalination Project, and report on such monitoring to the Governance Committee as described in Section VI. The Governance Committee shall discuss Cal-Am’s report and may issue recommendations to Cal-Am pertaining to the Desalination Project;
Category C. If the employee holding the eliminated position is employed in a Category C job classification, that employee shall have the right to replace the least senior employee in Categories C and D provided the employee has more seniority than the employee being replaced and is qualified to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Category C. Non-major organ SLE requiring regular medical attention, including doctor visits and regular prescription medications. An individual is not excluded from this category for whom prescription medications are recommended but who, because of the side effects of those medications, chooses not to take them.
Category C. A Category C Education Support Employee’s weekly rate of pay shall be calculated according to the following formula: Category C weekly rate = Category A weekly rate × 50 52
Category C. General maintenance and operation expenses that are provided to the Collaboration by CERN, acting in its role as Host Laboratory. Subject to the General Conditions, these are more precisely described in the list given in Annex 11.
Category C. Project SOWs for Category C may include a [***] of [***] dollars [***] per year, with a default [***] period of five (5) years. In the event an applicable [***]Threshold related to one or more Triggers is satisfied more than [***] [***] prior to the related deadline set forth in an applicable Project SOW, the default [***] period related to such Triggers(s) that have been satisfied early shall be increased by [***] [***], such that the related [***]Fee or corresponding portion thereof (in the case of multiple Triggers where fewer than all have been satisfied) shall be payable for [***] years. In the event an applicable [***]Threshold related to one or more Triggers is satisfied more than [***] [***] after the related deadline set forth in an applicable Project SOW, the default payment period related to such Trigger(s) that have been satisfied late shall be decreased by [***], such that the related [***]Fee or corresponding portion thereof shall be payable for only [***] years.
Category C. (a) The normal work week will be Monday to Sunday. The normal hours of work for Category C employees will be: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. may be implemented for Customer Care Agent 2s in the event the Independent Brokers Association of Manitoba (IBAM) requests a Sunday operation, to provide assistance for their operations.
Category C. Device intended to protect the passenger(s) in seats other than the front seats in the event of a frontal collision.
