Core Committee definition

Core Committee means an internal committee of the company executives set up by the Chairman and Managing Director. Any other term not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Act, the SEBI LODR, Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 or any other applicable law or regulation.
