Corporate Finance Shares definition

Corporate Finance Shares means the previously unissued common shares of the Issuer which will be issued as part of the Corporate Finance Fee;

Corporate Finance Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Issuer to be issued to the Agent by the Issuer in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent;
