Corporate Governance Reforms definition

Corporate Governance Reforms means the measures set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Corporate Governance Reforms means the corporate governance measures set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, which the Company shall adopt, implement, and maintain, pursuant to and in accordance with this Stipulation.
