Corporate Trust Office of the Indenture Trustee definition

Corporate Trust Office of the Indenture Trustee means the office of the Indenture Trustee at which at any particular time its corporate trust business shall be administered, which, office (for all purposes other than registration of transfers of Securitized Utility Tariff Bonds) as of the Closing Date is located at U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, 000 X. XxXxxxx Street, 7th Floor, Chicago, Illinois 60603, Attention: Kansas Gas Service Securitization I, L.L.C., and for registration of transfers of Securitized Utility Tariff Bonds, the office is located at U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. Xxxx, Minnesota 55107, Attention: Bondholder Services, or at such other address as the Indenture Trustee may designate from time to time by notice to the Holders of the Securitized Utility Tariff Bonds and the Issuer, or the principal corporate trust office of any successor trustee by like notice.
