Corporate Unit definition

Corporate Unit means the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Corporate Unit Certificate in respect of the Applicable Ownership Interest in Debentures or the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, subject in each case to the Pledge thereof (except that the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio as specified in clause (ii) of the definition of such term shall not be subject to the Pledge), and the related Purchase Contract.
Corporate Unit means the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Corporate Units Certificate in respect of a 1/40 undivided beneficial interest in a Senior Note or an appropriate Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, subject in each case (except for the appropriate Applicable Ownership Interest specified in clause (ii) of the definition of such term) to the Pledge thereof, and the related Purchase Contract.
Corporate Unit has the meaning set forth in the Purchase Contract and Pledge Agreement.

Tull Metals Company, Inc., Inland Industries de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., and any Affiliate, other Subsidiary or any division or group of the Company or any Subsidiary designated as a Corporate Unit from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company.
