Corporation Agreement definition

Corporation Agreement means the Articles of Agreement for the establishment and operation of the Corporation as amended;

Corporation Agreement excludes purchase orders entered into in the ordinary course for personalty or inventory which may be returned to the vendor without penalty. All of the Corporation Agreements are valid, binding and enforceable against the respective parties thereto in accordance with their respective terms. None of the terms or provisions of any Corporation Agreement materially adversely affects the business, prospects, financial condition or results of operations of Sky King.
